Service Area & Travel Fee

Base Service Area: Up to 20 miles from Conyers, GA (no travel fee).
Extended Service Area: Beyond 20 miles, a flat $20 travel fee applies.

  • The travel fee helps cover travel time and vehicle costs.

  • Travel fee is added at checkout for appointments outside the base service area.

  • Extended-area appointments are accepted based on schedule and routing availability.

Arrival Window

Please allow a 15-minute arrival window due to travel conditions. If I’m delayed beyond that window, you’ll be contacted as soon as possible.

Space & Setup Requirements (Client Responsibilities)

To provide a safe and comfortable session, you’ll need:

  • A clean, quiet space large enough for a massage table (about 6’ x 10’)

  • Comfortable room temperature

  • Minimal interruptions (please silence phones when possible)

  • Safe, well-lit entry path and nearby parking

  • Pets secured away from the session area (when possible)

If the environment is unsafe or unsuitable (ex: strong smoke, unsafe entry, uncontrolled pets), the session may be ended or rescheduled.

Booking & Payment

  • Payment is due at booking (or per the selected payment method at checkout).

  • Travel fees (if applicable) appear in your total before confirming your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24+ hours notice: No charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: May be charged 50% of service price.
Same-day cancellations / No-shows: May be charged 100% of service price.

Travel Fee Note: Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.

Late Policy

If you’re late, your session may be shortened to respect the next appointment.
If you are 15+ minutes late and we cannot complete your session, it may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show fee.

Health & Safety

If you are sick (fever, flu symptoms, contagious illness), please reschedule. Your wellness and mine matter.

Scope of Practice

Services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Professional Boundaries / Right to Refuse Service

One 4 Another Services maintains a professional environment at all times. Inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions will result in the session ending immediately, and the full session fee may apply.

  • Yes, services are mobile and provided at your home or approved location.

  • If your address is beyond 20 miles from Conyers, GA, the system will add a $20 travel fee.

  • It keeps booking simple and predictable. Most extended appointments are about 10 miles beyond the base radius, so a flat fee is fair and easy to understand

  • If your address is significantly beyond the normal extended range, you may be contacted to confirm availability or discuss an adjusted travel rate.

  • Clear an area about 6’ x 10’, secure pets, and set the room temperature comfortably. I’ll handle the rest.

  • Mobile appointments available Wed–Sat, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Closed Sundays.
