Holistic Healing

Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and is administered by "laying on hands."  Reiki is represented by two kanji (Japanese ideograms), Rei and Ki. Rei means universal (many levels of meaning) and Ki means the same as Chi it’s life energy (non-physical).

It is given of your freewill. Reiki is powerful and yet gentle it will go where the healing energy is needed.

Reiki raises the vibratory level in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are attached, causing negative energy to break apart and fall away.

Reiki clears, straightens, and heals the energy path ways, thus allowing healthy Ki to flow in a natural way. Once healthy Ki is flowing naturally, the physical organs and tissues are able to complete their healing process. Reiki heals the mental, physical, emotions and the spirit.

Introduction to Chakras

Chakras are energy centers within the body that influence our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, each associated with specific functions and energies. When your chakras are balanced, you feel energized, focused, and at peace. Reiki, a gentle healing technique, works by channeling universal energy to clear blockages and restore harmony in the chakra system.
